Radial, roof and axial fans are ideally suited for venting corrosive exhaust air and gases. Explosive atmosphere can be transported with a fan designed especially and exclusively for this unique purpose.

The design of the fans and determination of materials to be used depend on the following factors: gas composition, media temperature and density, impeller speed.
Flame-retardant thermoplastics
In general, our radial fans are made from flame-retardant polypropylene (PPs). Fans with larger nominal diameters or special types may also use PVC, PP, PE and PVDF. For impellers, special materials (FRP, CRP, steel and stainless steel) may be used in addition to thermoplastics depending on the pressure stage and other production parameters.
