Scrubber Filter

Emission of harmful gassed due to chemical processes in laboratories and facilities are really hazardous to environment and human health. Wet filters are used to purify the dirty air from chemical substances, to eliminate the odor and to minimize the fume. This is a chemical process referred to as gas washing.

Product Description

Main principle of gas washing tower (scrubber) is washing dirty gas in specially designed raschig rings that increase the contact surface between the gas and liquid, effectively executing the chemical process commonly referred to as gas adsorption.

Simple operation, full control; Monitoring of the waste water and fresh water system and optional forwarding of the status reports of the laboratory exhaust air absorption to your BMS.

How it works:

The laboratory exhaust air absorption system, type MAASS, works fully automatically and almost maintenance-free. The scrubber is controlled by a programmable logic controller. The washing water is filled up and refilled automatically via a level control, which also protects the pump against start-up and dry running. The contaminated washing water is disposed of via a motorized ball valve with a large, free cross-section (standard version).
